Kullanım koşullarıTerms of use

What you are buying

Every product is a digital FiveM resource: a script or a map (MLO). Nothing is shipped. After payment the resource is attached to the Cfx.re account you signed in with at checkout, and you download it from portal.cfx.re → Granted Assets.

Licence

One purchase is a licence for the Cfx.re account it was bought with. It is not a transfer of ownership.
You may run the resource on servers that use that account's licence key, and edit the open files (configs, locales and any unprotected files) for your own server.
You may not resell, share, leak, re-upload or redistribute the resource or any part of it, with or without changes.
You may not remove or bypass the Cfx.re asset escrow protection.

A licence that is used against these rules can be revoked without a refund.

Updates and support

Updates to a product you own arrive on the same Cfx.re account at no extra cost. Installation help and bug reports are handled on our Discord. We support the product as we ship it; we can't promise support for conflicts caused by other resources or by your own code changes.

Requirements

Each product lists its requirements (game build, framework, dependencies) on its page and in the Docs. Please check them before you buy.

Discord role

After an order on ozystudio.com, the thank-you screen offers to add you to our Discord server, where updates, installation help and bug reports are handled, in one step through Discord's own approval page. A paid order then gets the Customer role there, a free download the Community role. This is optional: buying works the same without Discord; you just won't get the role. Joining is free, and you can leave the server at any time; what you have bought stays on your Cfx.re account.

No affiliation

FiveM and Cfx.re are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. OZY STUDIO is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Products are provided as they are, and we are not liable for losses on your server that result from using them.

FiveM ve Cfx.re, Take-Two Interactive'in markalarıdır.

Payment, delivery and refunds are processed by Tebex Limited, which is the seller of record for every order.

Because a digital resource is delivered to your Cfx.re account the moment payment clears and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final.
If a product does not work as described and we can't fix it for you, contact us on Discord with your transaction ID. We will sort it out or arrange a refund through Tebex.
If you were charged twice, or bought with the wrong Cfx.re account, tell us before using the resource and we will correct it.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first leads to the licence being revoked.

Nothing here limits the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

GizlilikPrivacy

This site has no accounts of its own and no advertising trackers. It sets one cookie of its own, only if you use the Discord step described below.

Visit counts

We count page views ourselves, on our own server, to see which pages are used. Only daily totals are kept: how many views, which page, which site the visit came from, mobile or desktop, and which country (worked out from your browser's time zone, not from your IP address). We do not store your IP address or anything tied to you. To count a visitor once per day, the IP address and browser name are turned into a one-way code with a random key that is thrown away every midnight.

What stays in your browser

Your language, display currency, favourites and the ID of your current basket are kept in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us, and clearing your site data removes them.

Services the site talks to

Tebex: product catalogue, basket and checkout. Tebex receives your payment details and the Cfx.re account you sign in with; we never see your card details. See the Tebex privacy policy.
Cfx.re: sign-in at checkout and delivery of what you buy.
Discord: only if you press "Continue with Discord". Discord asks you to approve two things: reading your Discord user ID and name, and adding you to our server. With your approval our server adds you (or confirms you are already a member) and then immediately revokes the access it was given, so the app does not stay in your "Authorized Apps". Your browser keeps a signed cookie (ozy_dc) with your Discord ID, name and an expiry date (180 days) so you don't have to repeat this; when you add a product, our server asks Discord whether that ID is still a member. After you complete an order, our server asks Tebex whether that basket is paid and gives your Discord account a role (Customer for a paid order, Community for a free one). When you open checkout, our server also keeps a note linking your Cfx.re account ID to that Discord ID, so Tebex's own payment notice can give you the role even if you never come back to the site; the note is deleted as soon as the role is given, and after 7 days at the latest. Deleting your cookies removes the cookie. See the Discord privacy policy.
YouTube: trailer thumbnails, and the video player once you press play.
Google Fonts: the typefaces used on the site.
Exchange rate services (open.er-api.com, frankfurter.dev): only to show prices in another currency. Nothing about you is sent beyond the request itself.

After a purchase we can see the order in our Tebex panel (product, date, Cfx.re username, email) and use it only to provide support and manage your licence.

Custom work requests

If you fill in the custom work form, we store what you wrote there (your description, Discord username, your Cfx.re username, and email or server name if you gave them) on our own server so we can reply and block abuse of the form. We do not store your IP address with it. Ask us by email or on Discord and we will delete your request.

Recent orders

The home page may show a short list of recent orders: the product, how long ago, and the buyer's Cfx.re username shortened to a few letters (for example "Be***o"). Your email, real name, IP address and the amount you paid are never shown. Ask us and we will leave your orders out.

Contact

This site and store are run by OZY STUDIO. Questions about these terms, an order or your data: email ozystudio10@gmail.com or write to us on Discord.

Bkz. Discord gizlilik politikası.
YouTube: tanıtım videosu kapakları ve oynat'a bastığında video oynatıcı.

"Be***o").
